,We are seeking an all-round Developer to join our team, improving and supporting our content management platform & apps, also called Showcase Workshop.
You’ll be joining a small team who are excited to add another enthusiastic and ambitious person to help us take Showcase Workshop to the next level.
Showcase’s customers really enjoy the product and the team take great pride and satisfaction in this.
The role involves:
- Frontend development in JavaScript (Backbone, Vue, Electron), HTML, CSS
- Deployment to modern browsers, Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android
- Backend development in Python, SQL, Linux
- Collaboration with support, testers and developers on specific issues
- Backend monitoring and management of various AWS services
Your skills and background would include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in mobile and web-based technologies
- Ideally 4 years plus experience as a multi-talented Software Developer
- An ability to bring new ideas to the table and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Willingness to learn new technology and self-learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You’ll be enthusiastic and positive and people describe you as someone with initiative
